Klickback (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the website klickback.app and the Klickback service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign up via a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive your name and email from that provider.
Project data: When you create a project, we store the URL or uploaded HTML files you provide. We proxy and serve this content to generate preview links for your clients.
Feedback data: When reviewers leave feedback, we collect the comment text, the element selector, a screenshot of the element, and basic metadata (browser, timestamp, IP address for rate limiting).
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing email.
Usage data: We collect anonymized usage data such as page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Klickback service
- Process your transactions and manage your subscription
- Send you email notifications about feedback on your projects
- Respond to your support requests
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Resend for transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, and security
- Law enforcement when required by law
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data on the Free plan is archived after 14 days. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
